Beef Salpicado Recipe

  • ½ k beef tenderloin
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, crushed with skin on
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup pepper steak sauce
  • 1 big green bell pepper, deseeded

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Brown garlic and toss in beef, bell pepper, and sauces.
  2. Stir for a few seconds then serve at the center of a garlic fried rice ring.
